💥 Duration: 32-minute AMRAP
💥 Movements:

• 36 Thrusters
• 36 Burpees over the Bar
• 36 Hang Power Cleans
• 36 Ab Mat Sit-ups
• 400m Run with weight (partners run together, split reps)

Weights:

• RX: 95/65
• Scaled: 65/45
• Beginner: Your choice
