Following an adventurous and nourishing decade as an Outdoor Educator, Alec's focus shifted back to physical activity, but his excitement to teach and guide still burned bright. So one year of engaging in CrossFit encouraged him to acquire his CF-L1 certification. This allows him to witness the joy when individuals recognize "there is more in us than we know, if we could be made to see it - perhaps we will be unwilling to settle for less." CPR/AED Certified
